Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the td333 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any content on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

td333 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the td333 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. td333 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction across Bangladesh.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of td333 or any of its partner studios.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the Platform. Attempting to register a new account after self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on td333. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

Required Registration Information

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active mobile number registered to you personally (used for account access and transaction verification).
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.

Identity Verification (KYC)

td333 may request identity verification documents — including a national ID, passport, or driver's license — at any stage of your account lifetime, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above ৳10,000. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stated timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions. We handle all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

td333 supports a range of local payment methods tailored to Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for ensuring they use payment accounts registered in their own name; third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment channels (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others) are displayed on the deposit page within your account. Deposits are typically credited to your td333 account balance within minutes. td333 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• td333 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where fraud is suspected. Processing times are typically 1–3 business days depending on your chosen payment method.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

td333 offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard terms unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion details:

• Bonuses are credited to your promotional balance and are subject to a minimum 20x wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• A player may claim only one welcome bonus during the lifetime of their account. Duplicate bonus claims will be voided.
• Free spin winnings are capped at ৳5,000 per free spin promotion unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• td333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

td333 is committed to providing a fair, enjoyable gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Collusion with other players in live casino, poker, or any multi-player game to manipulate outcomes.
• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any transaction intended to circumvent anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
